A new chapter for Emilija
After six wonderful years at Christiaan, Emilija is taking an exciting new step: she is starting her own business. It is a big and exciting step, but we have every confidence that she will make something truly special out of it.
We wish Emilija and her ‘best friend’ Marius lots of happiness and success in making their dream a reality. Of course, this is not really goodbye. We will continue to keep in touch and will always look back with great warmth on the wonderful time we shared working together.
Emilija’s departure also brings some changes to our spa. Fortunately, we have found an experienced beautician and pedicurist who will continue to offer the treatments and services you know and love.
From 12 August, you can meet Petra and make an appointment with her. Thanks to her extensive experience, she will be able to run the spa independently and provide our clients with personal advice and treatments tailored to their needs. Her cheerful and warm personality also makes her a wonderful fit for our team.
Isa will continue to provide lash and brow treatments. You can also see her for manicures, Shellac and facial waxing.
Facial treatments are not yet available to book. Petra will first complete internal training with [comfort zone] to fully familiarise herself with the products and treatment protocols. As soon as she is ready to offer these treatments as well, we will of course let you know.

From August 2026, I am delighted to become part of the Christiaan team.
For more than 25 years, I have worked with great pleasure and passion in the beauty industry. What I love most about my profession is seeing people leave with a smile and feeling good about themselves. My greatest passions are pedicure treatments and skin improvement. After all, a well-groomed appearance is your calling card.
Feet are unfortunately often given too little attention, even though they carry us every single day. That is why I find it so rewarding to help clients experience how wonderful healthy, well-cared-for feet can feel. My goal is for everyone to leave the salon feeling completely relaxed — as if they were walking on clouds.
Outside of work, I enjoy interior styling, fashion and everything related to cosmetics.
I look forward to meeting you personally soon and warmly welcoming you to our salon!

Isa van den Boogert Manicure, CND Specialist
I have been happily working at Christiaan since February 2026. Because my mother also works here, I have been coming to the salon for many years. I previously completed an internship here and also worked here part-time, so it has become a very familiar place for me. My specialties are lash and brow styling, lash and brow lifting, manicures and Shellac. What I enjoy most about my work is seeing clients leave the salon happy. And of course, there is always time for a lovely chat during the treatment! Working days: Friday (sometimes Wednesday) |
Brow & Lash Bar
You can also visit us for brow lamination and/or lash lifting. We shape the brows and tweeze or wax them, followed by tinting. We lift and tint the lashes to create a beautiful, open and expressive look that lasts for 4 to 6 weeks — perfect for enjoying your holiday worry-free.
Would you prefer just eyebrow shaping or tinting? That is of course possible too.
Cancellation policy
Our appointment book is often filled with wonderful clients, and we are very grateful for that. It means a lot that you trust us with your hair, skin and nails. We always do our best to find an appointment for everyone.
Because finding a new appointment at short notice is not always possible, we kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment in good time if you are unable to attend. This allows us to offer the available time to someone else.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we will charge 50% of the treatment price. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation within 1 hour of your appointment, 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
Of course, we do not enjoy having to charge these fees. We would much rather focus on what we do best: giving you a wonderful experience and making sure you leave the salon feeling great.
