Other precautions include avoiding caffeine, hot drinks, sunbathing, or using a tanning bed.

Proper aftercare is also very important to achieve the best final result. After you have undergone the desired PMU treatment, it is essential to handle the treated skin with care. Redness, swelling, and pigment intensity are normal reactions immediately after the treatment.
