Wellness in the heart of bustling Rotterdam. To truly relax and unwind, you really don’t have to leave the city. For 12 years, men, women, young and old have been able to enjoy relaxing massages, facial and body treatments, and mani/pedis in our city spa. A spa right in the city, in other words!

We understand all too well that the stress of the city can sometimes be overwhelming. You deserve to take some time for yourself every now and then. And did you know that exhaust fumes and air pollution have a major impact on your skin? At Christiaan Spa, we have all the tools to restore balance in your body, both inside and out.

City Spa Options

What exactly can you expect from us? During the first consultation with our Beauty Therapist, we discuss your personal wishes and needs. What kind of treatment are you looking for? Are you coming for a massage, body or facial care, or do you want your hands and feet to look neat? The specialist will then work with you to create a treatment plan, either one-time or for the longer term.

Then the first treatment can begin. Step into our atmospherically decorated spa room and take a seat in our large treatment chair. We start with a short welcome ritual, in the form of gentle touches and aromatherapy, so you can feel as if you’re in another world. Each treatment lasts at least 30 minutes, and afterwards you can return home or to work feeling completely relaxed.

Care Products

As an Aveda salon, we make extensive use of the wonderful products from Aveda, including in the city spa. Aveda’s products are made from 95% natural ingredients and smell wonderful thanks to the flower and plant extracts used.

For more extensive clinical facial and body treatments, we use the natural products from [ comfort zone ]. Our current favorite: the skin regimen line, specially designed for aging skin and very popular among millennials. The detox mask from this line delivers visibly restorative and rejuvenating results in just 30 minutes!

You can purchase the products we use after your treatment, so you can optimally care for your skin and face at home as well.
