At Christiaan Lifestyle Salon & Spa, you can do it all with our head-to-toe service. We have the expertise and the right products in-house for a wide range of treatments.

Salon & Spa

Our owner, Adri van Lieshout, opened the doors to our salon right here in the center of Rotterdam no less than 35 years ago. Twelve years ago, we added our city spa, because during conversations with our clients, we noticed they were looking for more than just hair care.

Women, in particular, often spend a bit of time in the salon chair, and topics like skincare or the right makeup to match their new look often come up. But men also know where to find us. They often choose a relaxing massage when they’re feeling tired, or a manicure/pedicure for well-groomed hands and feet.

At Christiaan, there is always a specialist available for advice. Some treatments can even be done right in the salon while you wait. For more extensive treatments, we have our spa area available.

Products

Sustainability is important to us at Christiaan, and you can see this reflected in our products. First of all, we are an Aveda lifestyle salon. Aveda’s hair, body, and facial care products are made from 95% naturally derived ingredients and are produced with respect for the earth. In addition, we use the natural products from [ comfort zone ] for body and face for a more effective clinical approach.

To go that extra step, we have also been using hair products from Zenz for the past year. These are eco-friendly and completely free from unnatural and harmful ingredients. Our CND nail polish provides a beautiful natural look and does not damage the nails.

For optimal care, we recommend our clients use our care products at home as well. We can create a plan tailored specifically to your needs.
